2024. december 20–22. között került megrendezésre akadémiánkon az I. Nemzetközi Jégkorong Torna és Edzői Szimpózium, amelyen a V4-országok utánpótláscsapatai vettek részt. Az esemény szakmai sikere és pozitív visszajelzései alapján 2026. augusztus 21–23. között kerül sor a II. Nemzetközi Jégkorong Torna és Edzői Szimpózium megszervezésére, amelynek ismételten az Újpesti Jégkorong Akadémia ad otthont. A projekt célja az U16-os jégkorong-utánpótlás fejlesztése a V4- régióban a nemzetközi mérkőzések számának és minőségének növelésével, valamint egy strukturált edzőfejlesztési környezet kialakításával, amely hozzájárul a fiatal sportolók teljesítményének és a régió hosszú távú versenyképességének erősítéséhez.

Between 20–22 December 2024, the 1st International Ice Hockey Tournament and Coaches’ Symposium was held at our Academy, with the participation of youth teams from the V4 countries. Based on the professional success of the event and the positive feedback received, the 2nd International Ice Hockey Tournament and Coaches’ Symposium will be organized between 21–23 August 2026, once again hosted by the Újpest Ice Hockey Academy. The project aims to develop U16 ice hockey youth development in the V4 region by increasing both the number and quality of international matches, while establishing a structured coach development environment. This contributes to improving the performance of young athletes and strengthening the long-term competitiveness of the region.
